Mobilizing For Hurricane Irene

Emergency preparations are under way as Hurricane Irene heads for the east coast. Interstate Restoration has mobilized emergency response crews throughout the region to help our clients.

The latest predictions show that Hurricane Irene is veering slightly eastward. She is expected to gain strength as the storm moves northeast.

State and local authorities are asking people to plan for the worst. Craig Fugate from the Federal Emergency Management Authority told reporters on Tuesday that “the entire East Coast [could be impacted]. The impacts could be widespread.”
