Interstate is Celebrating 20 Years of Service
July 28th marks Interstate’s 20th year in business and it has been an extraordinary journey that includes thousands of responses to many of the largest disasters in the nation along with consistent growth. Today, Interstate has more than 50 offices and employs more than 1,250 people across North America. In celebration of our anniversary, we are taking a look back at some of our key milestones—along with what’s next in our pursuit of service excellence.
But before we get into that, let’s revisit what Interstate has accomplished in its two decades in business:
Streamlining Recovery and Claims
All of our dedicated people, years of experience, and listening to our clients have given Interstate a strong foundation for evaluating how we approach recovery and claims, in an effort to save time, money and unnecessary frustrations. And our innovative approach is centered on tackling some of the ever-growing complexities in recovery and claims processes. After all, insurance, restoration and client companies all have their own internal processes and checks and balances to work through. But within all of this complexity there are plenty of opportunities to streamline processes and drive efficiencies to accelerate recovery.
Interstate’s proprietary approach is designed to do just that. We cut through recovery “red tape” by using a combination of:
- Close partnerships
- A portfolio approach to managing properties
- Proprietary processes
- Transparent communications and reporting
The Road Ahead
As we enter our third decade in business, Interstate is more focused than ever on delivering exceptional experiences especially when our clients are facing difficult business circumstances. And we know our unique approach is a significant step in the right direction.
